I have been busy baking since Andrew's birthday. I have made him WifeMomKnitter's awesome Brownie drops. It was ok, not as good as WifeMomKnitter's... but they were still edible.
I made Tiramisu on last Sunday. I have been craving for it, so I went bought all the ingredients and tada... It was very good, I love it... Since Andrew doesn't drink at all, so I used very very strong coffee instead of the coffee flavored liqueur.
I have baked 2 pumpkin cheesecake. One for work and one for my in-laws. They came out pretty good, and they tasted very yummy, I have heard. Because I don't like cheesecake, so I couldn't tell.
I also made Candied Pecan. I got this recipe from my hairstylist. I took some to work, and lots to my in-laws. They are very addictive, I just kept eating them non-stop, a very dangerous item...
At last, I found these pretty cute coke bottles in Walmart when I was shopping for the Candied Pecan ingredients...
