Spring Break! sort of...

Next week is UNH's spring break, but not Gateway's... plus I have to go to UNH for my project's meeting, so basically, no break for me. :(

I am still knitting... slowly. I have the upper part of the Garden Party done. Hopefully, I will get it done by mid May. lol

I have also decided to continue knitting the Juno Regina Scarf. Someone may like it :D
I also need to start knitting some baby stuff. My friend Renee is having her baby girl in June. YAY!!! So I need to hurry up because it does take time for mailing to HK!

I have been having lots of fun in the photography class. Printing my own pictures in the darkroom, it's like seeing magic happens every time when I put a piece a white paper in to the chemical solution, and then the image came up in couple seconds, very cool! Although it is very time consuming to develop, wash, and then dry the pictures (it could take several hours to print 3-4 pictures if someone helped me), it's all worth it when I see the "magic happens". These pictures are from my Shadow assignment.

Last night, Andrew and I went to a small Japanese & Korean Restaurant in Cheshire/Hamden. It's owned my a family, we think. Food was great, we had scallion pancake with seafood, Korean ricecake for appetizers. They were both pretty good, although Andrew said the rice cake was too spicy for him. He had Bulgogi, his usual. Since he doesn't like mushroom, I ate all of his shitake mushroom in the dish. Oh man, the mushroom absorbed all the favor of the sauce, tasted amazing!!! I had my favorite Korean dish, Jahp Chae. Love it!!!
